About Us
The LSWCCA was set up in 1996 by the Merton Chinese Community Association and the Parents of the Ming Tak Chinese School. It is a non-political, non-sectarian voluntary & charity organisation working for equal opportunity across race and culture. Membership is open to ethnic Chinese settlers from all corners of the world and their descendants, as well as supporters in sharing the associations aims and objectives.
The association works in close partnership with the London Borough of Merton, the Ethnic Minority Centre, the Merton Unity Network and the Primary Care Trust of Merton & Sutton.
